An affiliate of the Brodsky Organization has adjusted its residential portfolio in Manhattan and sold the multi-family building 360 West 43rd Street in the Hell’s Kitchen neighbourhood. According to a person familiar with the transaction, the purchase price for the 256-unit property stood at 142.5 million dollars.
The acquisition of the property between Eighth and Ninth Avenue was completed off-market by the New York investment and management firm Atlas Capital Group. Ivan Hakimian of HPNY was involved in brokering the off-market deal, but declined further comment. Representatives of Atlas Capital Group and the Brodsky Organization also remained tight-lipped regarding the details of the agreement.
