A publicly listed aircraft finance company has acquired a three-building, 375,000-square-foot campus under construction in Coconut Creek, Florida, for $118 million. The transaction and purchase price were disclosed in a public announcement this month. The campus is known as Cocomar Business Park and is located at 4733, 4763 and 4851 West Atlantic Boulevard.

Willis Lease Finance Corporation, based in Coconut Creek, will use this complex as its new headquarters, as reported by the South Florida Business Journal. The company lists its current headquarters at 4700 Lyons Technology Parkway.

The seller is an affiliate of Greystar from Charleston, S.C., which had acquired the site last year for $30.5 million. Completion of the 35-acre campus is expected in the third quarter of this year.

Details of the Property and Business Operations

A marketing brochure described the industrial buildings as having 32-foot-high ceilings, 78 loading docks and 313 parking spaces. Each building also includes a smaller office area and conference rooms. This fit-out highlights the complex's suitability for both industrial operations and administrative functions.

In its most recent annual report, Willis Lease Finance stated that it owns its current 60,000-square-foot headquarters in Coconut Creek and additionally leases 45,000 square feet in Pompano Beach, Florida, and 25,000 square feet in Sunrise, Florida. The company employs 475 staff in the US, the UK, Ireland and other countries.

Scope of Company Activities

At the end of 2025, Willis Lease Finance Corporation's portfolio comprised 363 aircraft engines, 20 aircraft, one naval vessel, and other leased parts and equipment. These assets are leased to 69 lessees in 37 countries, underscoring the company's global reach and significance in aircraft finance.
