The brokered property comprises a warehouse/office combination at Mathias-Brüggen-Straße 73. This transaction secures a long-term area for PROSERVICE, a service company of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, for its operational activities.
The leased unit is divided into approximately 713 m² of warehouse space and around 416 m² of office space, amounting to a total area of approximately 1,130 m². PROSERVICE operates nationwide for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and provides essential services in the areas of purchasing, logistics, cash supply, and financial accounting. The new site in Cologne-Ossendorf will strengthen the company's logistical capabilities.

The owner of the property is TRILUX GmbH & Co. KG from Arnsberg. In this transaction, Angermann NRW acted in a dual role, providing advisory support to both the landlord and tenant. He explained that there is high demand in this segment, but hardly any new properties are being built. To achieve successful transactions in this environment, it is therefore crucial for owners to be willing to go beyond standardised offers. Rosenstein stressed that TRILUX demonstrated this willingness, which enabled the successful conclusion of the contract.
