apoprojekt, specialising in existing building renovation, has extended its nationwide presence to eight cities. The latest expansion includes the establishment of a site in Leipzig. With this step, the company consolidates its position in the North/East region and focuses on the further development of its business in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia, particularly in the commercial interior fit-out segment.
Constantin Paffhausen will be responsible for setting up the new branch in Leipzig. In his role as Head of Tenant Fit-out, he will lead the strategic development of the site. Mr. Paffhausen, a trained civil engineer, first joined apoprojekt in Berlin in 2018. After a three-year period of self-employment, during which he acted as co-founder and managing director of an engineering firm, he returned to apoprojekt in 2024 as Head of Project Solutions.
Strategic Importance of the Leipzig Site
The choice of Leipzig as a new site underscores the company's strategic alignment. Ulrich Rössing, Regional Head North/East and member of the management board at apoprojekt, justified this step by the necessity of being close to customers. He highlighted that Leipzig, as one of Germany's most dynamic real estate markets, offers considerable potential for the transformation of existing properties, making the opening of a dedicated site a logical consequence.
Mr. Paffhausen will be responsible for building and leading the team in Leipzig, as well as establishing a regional network. Furthermore, he will oversee the acquisition and implementation of interior fit-out projects. His overarching objectives include positioning apoprojekt as an established partner for interior fit-out services in the region.
