Aroundtown announced the re-letting of a 3,420 square metre space at the Europaallee 1 property in Fürth. The lease agreement was concluded with Arche gGmbH, a company from the care and healthcare sector, for a term of 25 years. Arche gGmbH is part of the Arche e.V. social network. The leased premises are located on the first and second floors of a new building on the former Schön Klinik site.
This conclusion marks a significant step towards revitalising the location. The property in Fürth is specifically intended for users from the care and healthcare segment and offers the necessary prerequisites for corresponding facilities. The successful letting underscores the suitability of the area for this specific use and contributes to the repositioning of the entire complex.
Location Factors and Development Perspective

It is directly connected to the Südwesttangente (south-west bypass) and is also in the immediate vicinity of the Nuremberg city boundary. Public transport connectivity is provided by a bus stop located on the site, which offers a connection to Fürth's old town and Fürth Central Station. The old town offers various shopping and dining options.
Markus Brehm, Regional Director Central/South at Aroundtown, emphasised the importance of the cooperation with Arche gGmbH in the context of the contract signing. He highlighted that the 25-year lease term strengthens the long-term perspective of the area in Fürth and represents an important building block for its further development and repositioning. Aroundtown intends to provide comprehensive services to the new tenant.
The transaction demonstrates Aroundtown's leasing expertise. The company is established as one of the leading listed real estate groups in Europe and is listed on the MDAX. The new letting in Fürth is in line with the strategy of developing locations through targeted lease agreements and the provision of suitable infrastructure.
