On 23 June 2026, the AVENTOS Group celebrated the topping-out ceremony for a new build project at the “BENTO Neutraubling” logistics and light industrial park. This event marks a significant development step for the commercial area in Neutraubling near Regensburg, which was acquired by AVENTOS for an investor group in 2022.
Guests at the event included Harald Stadler, the First Mayor of Neutraubling, representatives of the general contractor FUCHS, as well as the planners and consultants involved in the project. The new building complex will comprise a total area of approximately 3,700 square metres, designed for production and storage purposes. Completion and readiness for occupancy of the commercial units are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026, with the units available for lease.
Strategic Development and Location Advantages
The entire “BENTO Neutraubling” commercial park spans an area of approximately 13,000 square metres and offers mixed-use potential. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the BMW plant and benefits from a strategically favourable position. Over 4,000 square metres of the existing 5,000 square metres of existing space are already leased, which underscores the attractiveness of the location.
Michael Rothkopf, Senior Developer at AVENTOS, emphasised the importance of the topping-out ceremony as a milestone in the project’s development. He highlighted the successful cooperation with construction company FUCHS and thanked all involved parties for their commitment. Rothkopf pointed out that the new construction measure will create modern, sustainable, and flexibly usable commercial spaces at an established business location with excellent transport links.
Mayor Harald Stadler also expressed a positive view of the project. He explained that modern commercial spaces of this kind are essential to promote the growth of resident companies and to make Neutraubling more attractive as a business location for new settlements. The commercial area in Neutraubling, particularly the site mentioned in the original text at Pommernstraße 29, is characterised by a variety of medium-sized businesses and internationally operating corporations. Its connection to the A 3 and A 93 motorways, as well as the nearby motorway interchange, ensures excellent transport accessibility.
