Best Place Hamburg, whose operations began in March 2026 and whose project marketing officially launched in July of the same year, has presented an initial assessment. The company has brought 14 projects to market and, according to its own figures, registered up to 600 customer enquiries per month. Since July, 17 units have been reserved or notarised, as summarised by founder and owner Danny Wolf.
A significant step was the acquisition of the new office floor in Streit’s Haus at Jungfernstieg 38. Danny Wolf initiated this alongside Nikolai Dombrowski and Hamburg site manager Frank Stolz, marking the final sprint of the 2026 financial year. Frank Stolz and his team will welcome clients and business partners there in the future. The decision for the traditional Jungfernstieg location underscores the company's positioning as Hanseatic and visionary, as emphasised by Managing Director Danny Wolf. He also explained that the locations seek conscious access to the city, to special places, and to people, beyond just office spaces.
Strategic Expansion and Market Positioning
With its presence in Hamburg, the Best Place Group has completed its strategic alignment with four top German locations – Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, and Hamburg. These metropolitan regions together comprise approximately 24 million inhabitants and cover diverse location characteristics. In Hamburg, Best Place contributed to increasing brand awareness through its commitment as main sponsor of the Idee Derby Meeting 2025 and 2026. Under the leadership of Frank Stolz, a project pipeline with properties from portfolio holders and property developers has already been built up in Hamburg.
One of the projects is Neo Living, a new build development in Hamburg-Bramfeld with 32 residential units. According to the company, the 1- and 2-room apartments are geared towards the demand from yield-oriented capital investors. Further projects in districts such as Harvestehude, Eppendorf, Eimsbüttel, Blankenese, and Wandsbek are in preparation. Danny Wolf highlighted the dynamism of business development, which he described as exceptional for the industry and the current times. Nikolai Dombrowski added that the focus in the first months had been on a broad product range, spanning from studio apartments to detached houses, in order to penetrate the market. This offering targets owner-occupiers as well as capital investors and has been realised with properties in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein.
Range of Services and Team Expansion
Best Place Hamburg registers up to 600 customer enquiries per month, confirming the trust of its business partners. Site Manager Frank Stolz expressed positive views on the pace and dynamism, highlighting the team spirit, speed, and agility of the company. He stressed that this enables sustainable positioning in the market environment. The company brings established structures, innovative implementation strategies, and many years of experience in project sales, which shapes expert exchange and the overall perspective. To optimally support further property developers and portfolio holders, Best Place Hamburg is expanding its team. Danny Wolf explained that all Hamburg developers should benefit from their expertise.
