Beyer Real Estate, based in Grevenbroich, has acquired a retail park in Würselen, located in the Aachen city region. The seller of the property was CINTHIA Real Estate from Mülheim an der Ruhr. The transaction was brokered by CRE Real Estate GmbH from Düsseldorf.

The parties involved agreed not to disclose the purchase price. According to available information, it is in the lower double-digit millions. The retail park was built in 1993 and offers a usable area of approximately 10,300 square metres. It is situated on a plot of around 14,200 square metres, spread across two building structures and includes approximately 200 parking spaces.

The property currently serves as a mixed-use facility for retail, office, and storage. Current tenants include several nationally active retail companies with a prominent profile. Furthermore, a regionally established fitness chain will soon open a new branch at the location.

Location and Strategic Importance

The property is centrally located in Würselen's commercial district. Its immediate proximity to established market players such as Metro, Kaufland, and XXXLutz underscores its attractiveness. The retail park also benefits from quick access to the A4 motorway, which further optimises accessibility.

Max Beyer, Managing Director of Beyer Real Estate, commented on the acquisition. He described the retail park in Würselen as an attractive asset in a strong retail park location, characterised by creditworthy tenants and long-term development potential. He emphasised that the acquisition underscores the company's strategy to specifically expand its existing portfolio with established retail and specialist retail locations.

Philipp Brinkmann, Senior Finance & Transaction Manager at CINTHIA Real Estate, commented on the handover of the property into professional hands and highlighted the constructive and goal-oriented execution of the transaction by all parties involved. CRE Real Estate GmbH, a consulting boutique specialising in transaction, asset, and property management, supported the process. This acquisition represents a consistent continuation of both companies' real estate investment strategies.
