The Dussmann Group has announced a significant expansion of its Executive Board. As of 1 September 2026, Alexander Bonk, 54 years old, is a new member of the Executive Board. Within the group, he will take responsibility for the German facility management business and for the food services division. This personnel decision underscores the strategic realignment and strengthening of these business areas, which are central to the company's development.
With his appointment to the Executive Board, Alexander Bonk will also assume the chairmanship of the Management Board of Dussmann Service Deutschland GmbH. The already serving members of the Management Board of this entity will continue to perform their previous functions. This constellation ensures continuous leadership while simultaneously providing new impetus through additional expertise at the top.
The filling of this position reflects the Dussmann Group's strategic objective to consolidate and expand its market position in the field of facility management. Catherine von Fürstenberg-Dussmann, Chairwoman of the Foundation Board, commented on the new appointment. She stated that with Alexander Bonk, a proven industry and service expert had been secured. His main task will be to further drive the transformation of the group's German facility management business. With Alexander Bonk's expertise, the company intends to further expand its business in technical services and integrated facility management.
