Breuningerland Sindelfingen is recording growth in its tenant portfolio. With the food service operator SHOBU and service provider CN Clinics, two new permanent concepts have occupied their spaces in the centre. The current occupancy is complemented by the reopening of a seasonal pop-up store by Lebkuchen-Schmidt ahead of the winter months.

Centre manager Andreas Pohl places the new arrivals within the strategic development of the retail property. Alongside a fundamental diversity of sectors, a shopping centre thrives above all on the continuous evolution of its portfolio. Through the two distinct openings and the return of the traditional concept, centre management is responding specifically to changing customer interests.

Permanent lettings in the food service and service sectors

The street food concept SHOBU expands the mall's food and beverage offering with international dishes such as ramen, tacos, warm hot bowls and poke bowls. The brand began in 2019 as a small pop-up operation and has since developed into a branch concept across multiple locations. Following a location at Breuningerland Ludwigsburg, the company is now also represented at the Sindelfingen site.

With CN Clinics, a destination for device-based cosmetics and wellness is also opening. The range of services is aimed equally at men and women. It includes technology-based facial and body treatments, including radiofrequency therapy, laser hair removal and pressotherapy, complemented by treatments using systems such as Deep Slim (Mulmi).

Seasonal footfall driver in pre-Christmas trade

The offering is completed by the temporary sales stand of Lebkuchen-Schmidt. The traditional Nuremberg retailer returns to the Sindelfingen centre for the pre-Christmas period with biscuit and gingerbread specialities, as well as classic, chocolate-coated and filled gingerbread, catering to the seasonal gifts and delicatessen segment.
