The office and commercial property “CIRCOLEUM” at Siemensstraße 21 in Bad Homburg is currently reporting letting successes. In total, four new lease agreements for an area of around 2,300 m² have been finalised. The newly acquired tenants represent a diverse spectrum of business sectors, ranging from traditional administration and renewable energies to services with high public footfall.
Among the new users is 4 Seasons GmbH with its “Muko’s Cantine”, which will operate a public catering facility on approximately 742 m². This canteen is designed to offer freshly prepared meals for the entire business park. Furthermore, Kinderbetreuung im Taunus (KiT) GmbH has leased an area of about 707 m², which will exclusively serve as an administrative headquarters. Taktgefühl Gastro & Event GmbH, operator of the Taktgefühl dance school, will open new premises for courses and events on approximately 483 m² along Benzstraße. Additionally, Enpal Installation Süd GmbH, a specialist in decentralised energy solutions, is renting about 400 m² of office space.

He emphasised that the combination of flexible office structures, a public catering facility, and leisure offerings such as the integrated dance school not only invigorates the CIRCOLEUM property itself but also sustainably enhances the entire Bad Homburg location. The consistently pursued concept of CIRCOLEUM is thus proving successful, with further lettings imminent.

The property features a staffed reception, which enhances service quality for tenants and visitors. Another infrastructural advantage is the 446 underground parking spaces, ensuring ample parking capacity.
