Deka Immobilien has reached an agreement for the new letting of approximately 6,000 square metres of office space in Düsseldorf's Benrather Karree. The international law firm Taylor Wessing will occupy these premises on the fifth and sixth floors of the office building on a long-term basis. Handover of the leased areas to the new tenant is planned for autumn 2028.
The spaces will be extensively reconfigured before Taylor Wessing moves in. This new letting has been secured long before the departure of the current tenant, Hengeler Mueller, whose lease expires at the end of July 2027. This means that a successor tenant has been found for a portion of the office space soon to become vacant.

The Benrather Karree is a ten-storey property from the portfolio of the Deka-ImmobilienEuropa open-ended public real estate fund. It was completed in 2003 and is centrally located at Benrather Straße 18-20, nestled between Düsseldorf's Old Town and Königsallee.
The property is characterised by its architectural design and high building quality. The total leasable area of the Benrather Karree comprises approximately 30,000 square metres. Furthermore, more than 400 parking spaces are available in an underground car park. The property holds a BREEAM certification with a “Very Good” rating.

With this agreement, Deka Immobilien secures the long-term use of a significant portion of the office space in Benrather Karree. The agreement underscores the attractiveness of the location and the quality of the property in Düsseldorf for renowned tenants such as Taylor Wessing.
