A commercial unit at the Delmenhorst Commercial Campus has been let to an international logistics service provider. The letting was brokered by Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG in collaboration with Colliers International Hamburg GmbH. Lagerhome Germany PropCo 2 S.à r.l. acted as the landlord. The tenancy agreement was fixed for a period of five years, commencing on 1 August 2026.
The unit let comprises a warehouse area of approximately 1,113 square metres and additional office space of around 234 square metres. This configuration allows the logistics service provider efficient use for warehousing and administrative tasks. The location at Annenheider Straße 241 is distinguished by its strategic position, ensuring quick access to important transport routes such as the A28, and directly connecting to the economic regions of Bremen and Oldenburg.
The Delmenhorst Commercial Campus, completed in 2024, offers a total lettable area of approximately 34,000 square metres. These spaces are designed with flexibility to meet various commercial requirements.
