EliseAI, a technology company that uses artificial intelligence to automate processes in residential and healthcare systems, announced on Tuesday that it has received US$350 million in a funding round. This capital injection catapults the Proptech unicorn's valuation to US$4 billion.
The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz (also known as a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners. The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures, and Navitas Capital also participated. The funds will be used to accelerate the development and deployment of new products, which will enable further automation of customer operations. Furthermore, there are plans to expand the engineering, implementation, and sales teams in the North American offices.
Strategic Expansion and Product Development
A key part of the strategy is the establishment of a second engineering hub in San Francisco, which will complement the existing headquarters in Manhattan. Minna Song, co-founder and CEO of EliseAI, explained that customers request more operational support every year, and the current funding enables the company to keep pace with this demand. The company is investing in a second development site in San Francisco alongside New York and is hiring personnel in engineering, implementation, and sales across New York, Boston, Chicago, Austin, and Toronto.
EliseAI positions itself as the only AI product in its segment that covers all property types – from conventional multi-family homes to decentralised and single-family homes, student housing, and affordable properties, regardless of whether they are managed locally or centrally. In June 2026, EliseAI announced that it had surpassed US$200 million in annual recurring revenue, representing a doubling of revenue year-on-year for five consecutive years. The platform now supports one in six US apartments, and since its inception, over 30 million Americans have interacted with EliseAI.
AI Innovations for Real Estate and Healthcare
In the residential sector, EliseAI develops artificial intelligence for every phase of apartment leasing. The technology helps housing providers automate workflows in leasing, resident services, maintenance, and renewals. Operators originally used the platform to automate leasing and resident communications. Apollo, the agentic AI that EliseAI introduced earlier this month, is the latest step in this product development. Apollo is capable of executing any task within the EliseAI platform and operates within the systems that property teams already use to fully complete tasks from leasing agents to executives.
Minna Song added that Apollo is the agentic AI teammate that can answer questions, execute actions, provide insights, and automate repetitive work based on natural language instructions. Property teams, she stated, spend too much time on repetitive administrative tasks. The company sees an opportunity to improve the daily work of on-site teams and the job profile in property management.
EliseAI also addresses similar challenges in the healthcare sector. A dedicated business unit within EliseAI serves specialist medical groups and automates the entire patient journey from the first call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and follow-up care. Leading healthcare organisations are thus seeing improved patient experiences, more time for care staff to focus on providing care, and a reduction in patients who “fall through the cracks”.
Sameer Dholakia, a Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, who joined EliseAI’s board as part of the funding, commented that EliseAI has understood the complexity of the residential sector from the inside out for years. The company combines exceptional AI research and development with a detailed understanding of how real estate operates. This depth has yielded measurable results for their clients and led to high customer satisfaction.
