Media firm Fifth Season, a global company that develops, finances, produces and distributes films, television shows and documentaries, has signed a lease for 5,000 square feet (approx. 465 sqm) at 115 West 27th Street in New York's Chelsea district. This was confirmed by sources to Commercial Observer. The deal was concluded on 12 October, as first reported by Traded.
The exact term of the lease was not immediately disclosed. However, the asking rent for the space was $45 per square foot. Michael Gammal and Avery Reavill of KSR brokered the deal for both the tenant and the landlord, Joel Berman. While Gammal and Reavill declined to comment, Fifth Season did not immediately respond to an enquiry.
Change of Location and Company Profile
The move appears to represent a change of location for Fifth Season from 60 Madison Avenue. Until 2022, the company operated under the name Endeavor Content and has additional offices in Los Angeles and London. Fifth Season is known for distributing internationally successful television shows and films.
