HAIER, a company known in the home appliance sector, will occupy 585 square metres of office space and 85 square metres of terrace space from November 2026. The lease agreement has been concluded for a minimum term of five years.
The property, which includes the newly leased spaces, is part of a closed-end real estate fund. This fund is overseen and managed by EURAMCO, making the property part of the company's existing portfolio. Its location in Moosfeld designates it as an established office market site in Munich.
