The real estate experts from Greif & Contzen provided advisory and brokerage services as part of a co-exclusive letting mandate for the owner Efimmo1, which is represented by Tikehau Investment Management. The spaces, previously used by DHL, are scheduled for occupancy in mid-2027.
This lease enables the initial consolidation of employees from the Municipal Building Management department under one roof. This is expected to optimise the efficiency of cooperation between departments through shortened internal pathways.
