FLARE, a property located at Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz in Frankfurt, has achieved full occupancy. This was accomplished through the conclusion of two long-term lease agreements for restaurant spaces by NAS Invest. The new tenants, Embury Bar GmbH and Dicke Butz GmbH, will complement the gastronomic offering in the multifunctional building with their concepts. Both companies are returning to FLARE with new locations after a previous presence in the Frankfurt gastronomy scene.
FLARE integrates various types of use, including hotel, residential, office, retail, and gastronomy. The newly added gastronomic concepts are intended to supplement the offering for the building's users as well as for visitors and residents of the immediate surroundings in Frankfurt's city centre.
Details of the Gastronomic Establishments
Embury Bar GmbH has leased an area of approximately 130 square metres on the ground floor of FLARE. The cocktail bar, which was previously established for many years on Kirchnerstraße, plans to reopen at the new location in the second half of 2026. The lease agreement was, as is customary, designed for a long-term duration.
Dicke Butz GmbH will implement its concept "Urban Kitchen II by Dicke Butz" on approximately 600 square metres at Stiftstraße 41 in FLARE. "Urban Kitchen" was a well-known part of the Frankfurt gastronomy scene from 2010 to 2019. The newly interpreted concept will combine international cuisine with modern street food elements, a bar offering, and opportunities for after-work use. This lease agreement was also concluded for a long-term period.

FLARE is situated in a central inner-city location in Frankfurt, in close proximity to Zeil, MyZeil, and Eschenheimer Tor. With the full letting now achieved, the leasing of the mixed-use property is completely concluded. This marks an important point in the development and establishment of FLARE as an integral component of Frankfurt's city centre infrastructure.
