Freyler, established as a planning and construction partner, is expanding its geographical coverage in Northern Germany with the opening of a new branch in Bremen. This expansion aims to provide local consulting, concept development, planning, and construction project realisation for companies in Bremen, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, northern Lower Saxony, and neighbouring regions. The branch, which will commence operations in September, represents the eleventh Freyler location in Germany, thereby solidifying the company's national presence.

Ms. Lynn Kujawa will lead the new Bremen branch. As an engineer, Ms. Kujawa possesses comprehensive knowledge of the region, acquired through her previous professional activities and her studies in Oldenburg. Her experience includes overseeing numerous construction projects in Northern Germany and in-depth expertise in collaborating with companies, bringing both technical competence and a strong understanding of regional requirements and conditions. She emphasises that successful collaboration is based on listening and understanding a company's processes and goals, in order to develop functional and economically compelling solutions.

Strategic Importance of Bremen and Regional Expertise

Mr. Peter Rieland, owner of Freyler, highlights the strategic importance of the Bremen location. He describes the Hanseatic city as a significant economic and industrial hub with a strong logistics, manufacturing, and port economy – sectors in which Freyler has been successfully active for many years. Bremen's central location within the North German sales area and excellent transport links enable efficient and swift customer support. The region is not unfamiliar to Freyler; numerous projects in Northern Germany have already been realised by other branches in recent years.

Mr. Holger Hemsing, Managing Director of Freyler Industriebau, underscores Northern Germany's position as a strategically important growth market. The establishment of the new location allows for even closer and more personal customer support throughout the entire planning and construction process. This includes guidance from the initial project idea through concept development, construction planning, and realisation, up to turnkey handover. Customers benefit from the bundled expertise of the Freyler Group and receive tailor-made services from a single source.

Comprehensive Expertise for Medium-sized Businesses

For more than 55 years, Freyler has been planning and constructing turnkey industrial and commercial buildings, primarily for medium-sized enterprises. Integrated planning is carried out by their in-house specialist planners, including experts in factory planning, technical building equipment (TGA), structural engineering, and architects. These teams jointly develop individual solutions, ranging from modern office environments to production and logistics areas, health centres, clinics, buildings for food processing companies, and specialist properties. The closely integrated business units of the Freyler Group make it possible to support the entire lifecycle of a property. Building owners can choose whether to avail themselves of individual services or a complete solution from a single source, for both new builds and existing properties.
