HBB Centermanagement GmbH & Co.KG has realigned its letting division for the North-East region. This strategic decision aims to consolidate and expand the company's presence and operational performance in this geographical segment. The restructuring involves a combination of the internal development of proven structures and the integration of external expertise.
Jörn de Vries will lead the newly formed team. Mr de Vries has been with HBB for over ten years. Most recently, he served as Senior Letting Manager and, in this role, was already responsible for numerous overarching tasks. His appointment as team leader underscores the appreciation for his many years of experience and his detailed understanding of company processes and the market.
To strengthen the team, two external specialists with proven expertise in commercial letting have been recruited. Christin Soergel joins from JLL's Leipzig branch, where she most recently held the position of Director Retail Leasing. Her 18 years of professional experience in the retail and mixed-use segments are expected to make a significant contribution to optimising letting strategies. Knowledge of these specific market areas is highly relevant for HBB, as the company is active in diverse property types.
Furthermore, Frank Pantelmann strengthens the team. After various professional positions, including at CEV and Acrest, Mr Pantelmann was most recently Head of Letting at EDEKA Nord. His experience, particularly in grocery retail and the associated local supply concepts, complements the team's profile in strategically important areas. The combination of these competencies is intended to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
With this personnel reinforcement, HBB Centermanagement intends to further increase the efficiency of letting within its portfolio, which includes existing and new shopping centres, retail parks, local supply properties, and commercial buildings. The company aims to minimise vacancies and enhance the attractiveness of its properties for tenants and investors. Simultaneously, there are plans to expand the consulting division in the North-East region to offer comprehensive advisory services to partners and owners and leverage synergies.
