TITANIUM Real Estate GmbH has finalised the lease of a hotel project at Warschauer Platz in Berlin. The project comprises approximately 350 rooms and was assigned to the PRIMESTAR Group as the tenant. This transaction was carried out under an exclusive mandate from a private family office, which acts as the owner of the property concerned.
The brokering process was handled via a targeted off-market strategy. This allowed for the long-term interests of the property owner and the expansion goals of the PRIMESTAR Group to be aligned. For some time, the PRIMESTAR Group had pursued the intention of acquiring a suitable "flagship project" in Berlin to strengthen its presence in the capital and expand its market position.
Strategic Importance and Location Advantages
By securing the location at Warschauer Platz, the PRIMESTAR Group has now contractually bound one of the most prominent hotel development projects in the German capital. The specific location is considered essential for representing the company's strategy in Berlin. Warschauer Platz is regarded as a dynamic hub with high footfall and potential visitor numbers, which significantly enhances the attractiveness of the location for a hotel project.
Baris Dinc from TITANIUM Real Estate highlighted the particular satisfaction in being able to support the PRIMESTAR Group in its search for a suitable location. In this context, he emphasised the significant potential of Warschauer Platz to become the company's Berlin flagship. This underscores the relevance of reliable networks and discreet off-market processes, which play a crucial role in complex property transactions.
