iDWELL, a company active in the PropTech sector, has reached a significant milestone. More than two million residential units are currently administered via its developed platform. In parallel, Riverside Acceleration Capital, an internationally active growth investor, has invested in the company, providing a seven-figure euro amount for further expansion. This funding is intended to solidify and expand iDWELL's market position as a leading digital platform for professional property management.
Alexander Roth, founder and CEO of iDWELL, confirms the existing collaboration with numerous large property management companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. New partnerships are continuously being established, which demonstrates the platform's relevance in the DACH market.
Strategic Partnership and Technology Expansion
The investment from Riverside Acceleration Capital is part of non-dilutive growth financing, which leaves iDWELL's existing ownership structure unchanged. Senior Partner Christian Stein of Riverside Acceleration Capital highlights iDWELL's strong positioning in the DACH market, as well as its comprehensive property management platform and broad ecosystem of ERP integrations. Riverside will contribute strategic expertise in scaling software companies.
The additional funds will be specifically invested in the further development of iDWELL's digital operating system and in the expansion of its AI-based product range. A key component is "iDWELL Finance", an intelligent solution for automated invoice management. Following the acquisition of Domonda's technology, accelerated scaling and establishment with further property companies is planned for late 2025. Furthermore, iDWELL is investing in the further development of the AI "Greta-AI", which aims to automate and thus make management, documentation, and invoicing processes more efficient. Anna Matzenberger, COO of iDWELL, emphasises the joint acceleration of the AI platform's expansion as the basis for sustainable growth.
Market Potential and Efficiency Gains
Despite the current market environment in the real estate sector, iDWELL forecasts positive business development for 2026. Alexander Roth refers to the fundamental need for housing, which ensures a stable business model for property management companies. At the same time, increasing cost pressure is being observed, necessitating a continuous search for innovative optimisation solutions for processes.
The iDWELL solution enables property management companies to achieve efficiency gains of up to 30 percent. This also results in greater transparency and overview for management, as COO Matzenberger specifies. The company's vision is to establish the leading AI-powered operating system for professional property management in Europe.
