The iLive Group has successfully secured construction financing for its micro living project in Lübeck. This undertaking, which includes 334 micro living apartments, thus reaches another crucial milestone. Construction work for the project has already begun, and the groundbreaking ceremony has taken place, underscoring its scheduled development.
Calluna Real Estate Advisory supported the iLive Group in structuring and implementing the financing. This cooperation enables the realisation of a residential concept aimed at students, young professionals, and commuters, distinguished by its location in the immediate vicinity of Lübeck's main train station.
Project features and target groups
334 fully furnished apartments will be created across approximately 8,340 m² of living and usable space. The offering is complemented by modern communal areas, which enhance the attractiveness of the location and the residential concept. The building will be constructed according to the KfW Efficiency House 40 EE QNG standard, highlighting the aspect of sustainability and energy efficiency.

The pre-sale of the apartments has already commenced, signaling high demand for contemporary micro living concepts in attractive locations. Amos Engelhardt, CEO of the iLive Group, stated that a crucial milestone had been reached with the secured construction financing. He emphasised that, together with the financing partners, the foundation for the successful realisation of a modern residential concept that meets the demand for high-quality and flexible living space would be created.
