The MOMENI Group has reinforced its development division with an experienced executive. Since 1 August 2026, Daniel Reichwein has been working as Managing Director of MOMENI Development GmbH, thus complementing the company's existing leadership team. In his new role, Mr Reichwein will be responsible, from Frankfurt am Main, for development activities in Southern Germany as well as in the European metropolises of London and Paris, among other areas.
Mr Reichwein brings with him comprehensive experience of over 20 years in the real estate sector. Before joining, he spent 19 years at the globally active real estate company Hines in various management positions. Most recently, he held the positions of Managing Director and Head of Frankfurt Branch there. In this capacity, his area of responsibility included development, investments and asset management in the Rhine-Main region and in Southern Germany.
Experience and future responsibilities
Projects for which Daniel Reichwein was responsible at Hines in Frankfurt include the redevelopment OneTwoOne and the 160 Park View project. Furthermore, he managed the investment and asset management mandate for the Silberturm on behalf of an Asian investor. He also bore significant responsibility for the prestigious Hofstatt project in Munich. Prior to joining MOMENI, he was also Managing Director of Accumulata Real Estate Management GmbH in Berlin, where he had been responsible for development activities and business development outside Bavaria since March 2025.
Ali-Reza Momeni, Founder and CEO of the MOMENI Group, expressed his appreciation for the appointment: He knows and values Hines from his own time there and emphasised that with Daniel Reichwein, they are gaining an individual who has proven his abilities in a leading role at Hines and will now bring his expertise and network to the group. Dr Hanjo Hautz, Managing Director of MOMENI Holding GmbH, added that Daniel Reichwein is a proven expert in large-scale and complex project developments, who knows the German project development market from many years of experience and is excellently networked. He will drive forward the further development of the development pipeline together with Felix Grelck and the entire development team.
Daniel Reichwein himself emphasised that MOMENI stands for a standard he has pursued throughout his professional career: the development of districts that sustainably shape city centres, set benchmarks and have long-term endurance. He stated that he is delighted to be part of this group of companies and looks forward to the joint tasks with great energy.
