IMMOFINANZ Germany is continuing its expansion course in Dusseldorf's Medienhafen, announcing lease agreements totalling around 5,000 square metres across its ALTO and LARGO properties. With move-ins scheduled between May 2025 and early 2026, the location strengthens its standing as an established address for businesses in technology, data analytics, fashion, and lifestyle.
Significant lettings in ALTO and LARGO
In May 2025, Dusseldorf-based AI scale-up Cognigy GmbH, a provider of AI-driven customer service solutions, moved into around 1,400 square metres of office space in the ALTO building. Engineering company Ruthmann Holdings followed in the summer of 2025, taking up roughly 570 square metres in the same property. At the end of 2025, a German fashion company in the premium and affordable luxury segment also secured around 980 square metres in the adjacent LARGO.
Demand for space in ALTO continued at the beginning of 2026. New Balance Germany GmbH moved into around 1,400 square metres of office space there in early 2026. On 1 February 2026, global data and technology company Experian GmbH also relocated its office to the 15th floor of the office building, where it now occupies approximately 570 square metres.
Expansion of flexible workspace models
Alongside traditional rental space, the coworking concept in the ALTO building is recording sustained growth. French cosmetics brand NUXE GmbH has occupied an office area of around 140 square metres there since January 2026. In addition to their leased space, occupiers benefit from shared facilities such as tenant lounges, think tanks, a culture kitchen, and sports and fitness rooms.

Julia Siegers, Country Manager of IMMOFINANZ Germany, explained that the decisions by international brands and technology companies in favour of the Medienhafen demonstrate the ongoing appeal of the Dusseldorf market. She noted that the combination of adaptable office space, dedicated neighbourhood infrastructure, and an urban environment makes ALTO and LARGO a sought-after location for emerging innovative firms and established corporations alike.
