Josh Allen, quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, has re-listed his Dana Point home for sale at USD 7.995 million. He originally listed the property in May 2025, a few weeks after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld, for USD 8.5 million. After approximately six months without a sale, it was taken off the market earlier this year.
Allen acquired the Monarch Bay estate in 2023 for USD 7.2 million, using it as an off-season retreat and bachelor pad. The current price adjustment likely reflects a changed market situation or a re-evaluation of the property.
