The KARL Group has leased approximately 1,950 square metres of office space in K.PARK Hengersberg to FENECON GmbH. This step enables FENECON, a leading technology company in the German energy sector, to secure the necessary spatial capacity for its next growth phase. The office premises now occupied are designed to create workplaces for up to 160 employees. The property is located in the former Webasto building on Seckerstraße in Hengersberg.
The K.PARK Hengersberg site, once used for industrial purposes, is undergoing a transformation into a modern business centre for innovative and expanding companies. The relocation of FENECON represents significant progress in the development of this park. FENECON is known as one of Bavaria's successful technology companies and has established itself as a leading provider of electricity storage and intelligent energy management systems. The solutions developed are applied in private households, commercial and industrial operations, and complex energy infrastructures. Growth and regional development
FENECON's continuous growth necessitated the expansion of the office space it already occupied from the KARL Group in the Zieglmeier building in Deggendorf's Lateinschulgasse. The capacities there were no longer considered sufficient due to the company's positive development. With the expansion into K.PARK Hengersberg, FENECON is creating the necessary spatial conditions for future growth and the creation of additional jobs in the region.

FENECON's relocation also opens up new potential for the Deggendorf site. The premises previously occupied by FENECON in the Zieglmeier building in Lateinschulgasse will be repositioned. The KARL Group plans to divide these former large areas into flexible, modern office units. This redesign is intended to create additional space for medium-sized companies, service providers, start-ups, and project-oriented teams. Mr Karl emphasised the dynamism that generates growth and opens up new opportunities at both locations, thereby closely linking sustainable property development and economic growth.
The current letting is therefore not merely a property transaction, but symbolises the successful development of a Lower Bavarian technology company, the revitalisation of existing commercial sites, and the creation of modern workplaces in the region. With FENECON, K.PARK Hengersberg gains a tenant that embodies innovation, sustainability, and Germany's technological future.
