Klüh Cleaning, a company within the Klüh Group, will be responsible for infrastructural building services at the "ruhr tech kampus essen" (rtke). This contract was concluded as part of a five-year joint venture (ARGE) with SPIE. The management of the ruhr tech kampus essen, which operates the technology and innovation hub in western Essen, acts as the client.
Within this cooperation, Klüh will manage the infrastructural aspects of property management. SPIE, meanwhile, is primarily responsible for technical facility management and leads the entire joint venture. The rtke provides space for approximately 6,000 people for professional activities, exchange, and innovation. The campus comprises a total of ten buildings, combining various types of use.
Comprehensive Range of Services and Digital Control
The services provided by Klüh at the rtke include building cleaning in its various forms, such as routine, special, and deep cleaning, as well as the cleaning of glass surfaces and sanitary areas. Additionally, these services include the provision of consumables, winter services, green and grey area maintenance, pest control, and indoor planting. These services are part of an integrated management structure that interlinks technical and infrastructural tasks to increase process efficiency.
