The law firm Leinemann Partner has announced that Marco Michael Hohensee will be admitted as a partner to the partnership company from 1 July 2026. This decision reflects his successful work and substantial contribution to the further development of consulting areas in public procurement law, construction law, and public commercial law. Marco Michael Hohensee has been part of Leinemann Partner's Berlin office since the end of 2018.
His main area of focus is public procurement law, where he advises public contracting authorities, investors, and private and public companies. His expertise extends particularly to the interfaces of public procurement, grant, state aid, and construction planning and building regulations law. Furthermore, he assists clients with public law compliance issues and represents them in review proceedings and legal disputes.

Marco Michael Hohensee, who is also a specialist lawyer for public procurement law, contributes as an author to specialist publications, including standard works such as “Die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge” (The Award of Public Contracts) and the commentary on the VgV/UVgO, as well as being an author for the information service “VergabeNews”. Hohensee himself stated that he was very pleased about the trust placed in him.
