Next Fifteen Communications Group, a UK-based digital communications firm, has leased the third floor of an office building in SoHo. The company, also known as Next 15, signed a lease for 6,350 square feet at 78 Crosby Street, which is owned by Milkystar. This information was announced by Judson CRE, the landlord's broker.
For the AI-powered company Next 15, this marks the opening of its first office in New York City. Judson CRE declined to state the exact lease term but shared that the asking rent for the space was $75 per square foot.
Transaction Details
Negotiations for the landlord were handled by Nicholas Judson, Wendy McDonald, and Crosby Matthews of Judson CRE. The tenant side was initially represented by Brandon DeGraff and Jimmy Giattino of Cushman & Wakefield when the deal closed in the last two weeks. However, DeGraff and Giattino have since moved to JLL.
Cushman & Wakefield declined to comment on the matter, while JLL did not immediately respond to a request for comment. 78 Crosby Street, located between Spring and Prince Street, already houses the betting platform Polymarket.
Previous Tenant and Expansions
Polymarket moved into the SoHo building in 2023, initially occupying the fifth floor. In August of the same year, the company expanded under its parent company Blockratize, extending its footprint to 12,700 square feet on the fourth floor. Both companies were founded by Shayne Coplan, the 28-year-old CEO and billionaire.
