The landlord of the space is L-Shop Team GmbH, which operates in textile logistics and had made the property available for re-letting as part of an internal structural optimisation.
The transaction was advised by the brokerage firms RUHR REAL and NICASA by Siebert Immobilien. The planned occupation of the property by the new tenant is scheduled for August 2026. The strategic decision for this location was primarily based on its convenient transport links, which offer direct access to the A1 and A44 motorways.

The property has several ramps and already installed shelving systems, which enable a swift operational start-up and efficient logistics processes. The resulting space requirement arose from the Asian logistics company's continuous growth, which is consistently expanding its operational capacities.

He highlighted that it was a positive development to have identified the right tenant for this property and to have successfully concluded the leasing process together with all parties involved. The lease reflects the market situation, where high-quality logistics properties in infrastructurally favourable positions continue to be in strong demand.
