Colliers has announced the appointment of Michael Breck as Head of Industrial & Logistics Bavaria. Mr Breck will assume this role on 1 January 2027. In his new position, he will be responsible for leading the Bavarian team and further developing Colliers' activities in the industrial and logistics property sector within this key South German economic region.
Michael Breck possesses many years of experience in the real estate industry. He previously worked as an investment broker for Colliers in Munich for over ten years. During this time, his professional focus was on project development and land brokerage. Subsequently, he gained comprehensive knowledge in project development and project realisation with a Bavarian project development company.
Expertise in Project Development
Most recently, Mr Breck has been employed as a project developer at Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG in Munich since October 2025. There, he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and realisation of new commercial projects, with a focus on industrial and logistics properties in Southern Germany. This specific experience qualifies him for the upcoming role at Colliers.
