NOBIX Group has moved into a new office location in the Bavarian state capital, strengthening its presence in the southern German economic region. Around 400 square metres of office space is now available to the IT and technology company in the Schwabing district. The site initially provides space for up to 20 employees from various specialist departments, but is already configured for future staff growth.

The floor layout combines ergonomically equipped individual and team offices to allow for both focused working and cross-team coordination. In addition, flexible desks have been installed for use by employees visiting from other properties and external business partners. As CFO Dominik Welz emphasises, the property is intended to serve as a central gathering place for the entire corporate group. Moving forward, key management functions will also be directed from Schwabing to bring strategic steering together organisationally.

Strategic proximity to clients, research and skilled talent

CEO Andreas Török points to the economic strength of the Greater Munich area and its established IT and technology landscape. The new office serves as a starting point for the group's further development and facilitates direct access to qualified talent from the surrounding local universities. In terms of operations, NOBIX is focusing in Munich on expanding its business lines in cloud solutions, data analytics, artificial intelligence and core enterprise applications.

The Schwabing location also shortens journey times to established regional clients. Existing Munich clients include a traditional major brewery, a hotel group headquartered locally, and a welfare association that operates around 190 care homes and day nurseries.

Consolidation of existing holdings

The choice of location coincides with an organisational restructuring within the group. Three companies integrated during previous acquisitions have been brought together into the new entity NOBIX München to eliminate duplicate structures and streamline workflows. The shared structure is now distributed across the Munich and Gundelfingen locations:

  • —Systemhaus Bissinger GmbH
  • —Digital Mountain GmbH
  • —Rustler Bürosysteme GmbH

By pooling resources, the company intends to provide its clients with a broader range of services from a single source and gradually increase headcount at the Schwabing location over the coming years.
