Mileway, specialising in last-mile logistics properties in Europe, has concluded a lease agreement for approximately 14,200 square metres in its property at Lilienthalstraße 9 in Grevenbroich. The contracting party is Inter Benefit GmbH. This new letting brings the property in question to full occupancy.

Inter Benefit GmbH, operational in Germany since 2017, specialises in the storage and transhipment of industrial and high-tech products for international markets. The newly leased areas are intended for e-commerce storage processes and fulfilment-related warehousing activities. Mr Zhengqiang Chen, CEO of Inter Benefit GmbH, stated that the new location in Grevenbroich offers the necessary space, functionality, and regional connectivity for the company's e-commerce warehousing activities, and that the cooperation with Mileway has been constructive.

The property in Grevenbroich is characterised by flexibly usable storage areas and an efficient loading infrastructure. Its location in one of Germany's most relevant logistics corridors is strategically advantageous, positioned between the metropolitan areas of Düsseldorf, Cologne, and the Ruhr region. This allows for excellent connectivity to end-customer and business markets in the Rhine-Ruhr region, as well as to the Netherlands and Belgium. There is also a direct connection to the supra-regional European transport network.

The site is suitable for both national distribution and cross-border logistics flows, which highly accommodates the requirements of e-commerce-driven storage and distribution processes. The property's features include 16 loading ramps, one ground-level gate, a clear height of approximately 6.90 metres, and generous yard and manoeuvring areas, which support efficient goods handling.

This transaction underscores the continued high demand for flexible and well-connected last-mile logistics spaces in established German logistics locations. Ms Ulrike Haack, Country Director Germany at Mileway, emphasised that this letting demonstrates the ongoing demand for such spaces in the Rhine-Ruhr region and the company's ability to offer practical and market-driven solutions in urban logistics locations. For Mileway, the successful letting confirms the effectiveness of active asset management for existing properties in strategically important urban logistics markets. Ruhr Real provided advisory services for this letting.
