The new development MAX BRÜHL in Brühl, developed by the Cologne-based AREAL Grundstücks- und Bauträgergesellschaft mbH, shows a positive sales record. Just 25 days after the official sales launch on 10 September 2026, approximately 30 percent of the total 37 residential units have been bindingly reserved.
Even before the formal start of sales, significant interest in the project was evident, expressed in initial pre-registrations. Early attention was primarily generated by a guerrilla marketing campaign at the location on Pingsdorfer Straße 7. An existing building, completely painted in 'AREAL-Celeste', ensured presence and generated discussion in Brühl for several weeks before the official project presentation took place.
This campaign was extended with digital components, including social media clips featuring AREAL brand ambassador and actor Mark Keller. Dirk Schubert, managing partner of AREAL, stated that the launch of MAX BRÜHL had exceeded expectations. The reservation rate after about three and a half weeks is interpreted as a strong sign and a vote of confidence. He emphasised gratitude to the interested parties and saw the response as confirmation of the suitability of the location, architecture, and living concept.
