Nexum Group AG has been registered in the commercial register as a new player in residential property project development. The company was formed through a strategic reorientation and further development of the company formerly known as Creditshelf AG. In June 2026, First Capital AG acquired a majority stake in the company. In the course of a general meeting, the change of name to Nexum Group AG, an adjustment of the business activity in the articles of association, and the election of a new supervisory board were resolved.
Nexum focuses on the rapid realisation of residential property projects in prime locations. The company primarily acquires residential building projects in Germany's seven largest metropolitan areas for which a building permit has either already been granted or is imminent.
