Newmark has reinforced its Living Capital Markets team in Hamburg. Two experienced specialists have been integrated into the team to expand the company's expertise in residential properties and the healthcare & social infrastructure segment. This personnel decision underscores the strategic importance of the Northern German market for Newmark.
Sven Schäplitz has been appointed Senior Vice President in the Living Capital Markets division. Lars-Vincent Rößeling-Scheffler, also referred to as Lars Scheffler in the original text, strengthens the team as Vice President and will focus on Healthcare & Social Infrastructure. These new appointments are intended to significantly support the further expansion of Newmark's living business in Germany and extend the company's advisory services.
Expertise and responsibilities of the new hires
Sven Schäplitz joins Newmark from Colliers, where he most recently served as Associate Director in Residential Capital Markets. He possesses extensive experience in the institutional residential property market and advised investors, owners, and project developers on transactions and strategic issues. Previously, he spent over ten years at WERTGRUND, including in the role of a Transaction Manager. At Newmark, Mr Schäplitz will work closely with Jonathan Tegtmeyer in Residential Capital Markets.
Lars-Vincent Rößeling-Scheffler comes from IMMAC Holding AG, where he most recently worked as a Transaction Manager. His expertise lies in investments in healthcare properties and social infrastructure. At Newmark, Mr Rößeling-Scheffler will advise clients nationwide on acquisition and sales strategies, as well as transactions in the Healthcare & Social Infrastructure sector, under the leadership of Daniel Kleinsorg.
