The Onondaga County Clerk’s office logged 139 residential transactions for the week of Oct. 26–Nov. 1. The highest‑priced property was a two‑bedroom, two‑bath, two‑story cottage perched on Skaneateles Lake, selling for $1,900,000. The runner‑up, also in Skaneateles but inland, sold for $1,850,000 and is roughly twice the size of the lakeside home.
