Based in West Los Angeles, he is driving the development of a comprehensive brokerage training program and leading strategic recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This focus has been instrumental in solidifying NAI Capital Commercial's position in the competitive Southern California commercial real estate market.

    With nearly four decades of experience, Jim brings a wealth of leadership expertise to his role. Most recently, he served as Regional President of Brokerage at Kidder Mathews, where he played a key part in expanding the firm's presence in Southern California. His background also includes 15 years as Senior Managing Director for CBRE's Los Angeles offices and Executive Vice President at Grubb & Ellis overseeing Greater Los Angeles.

    A lifelong Angeleno, Jim's achievements extend beyond commercial real estate. A former All-American water polo player at UC Irvine, he was inducted into the university's Hall of Fame. He competed with the U.S. National and Olympic teams for seven years and later served as an Olympic commentator for NBC and ABC Sports across five Olympic Games.
