olf pro Fred Funk and his wife Sharon sold their Glen Kernan home at 4413 Hunterston Lane for $2.45 million on Dec. 5. The deed lists their address as Willis, Texas. The buyers, ophthalmologist Abdallah Mohamed Jeroudi and wife Safa Shabarek, purchased the 4,582‑sq‑ft, two‑story house built in 2014 on 0.61 acres overlooking the Glen Kernan Golf Course. It has five bedrooms, four full baths, a half bath, a three‑car garage, a pool and a fire pit. Funk originally bought the property for $2.495 million in 2023. He is an eight‑time PGA Tour champion, winner of the 2005 Players Championship, and has 29 career victories.

    Former Jaguars linebacker Paul Posluszny and wife Elizabeth bought the 5,785‑sq‑ft, two‑story Atlantic Beach house at 334 11th St. for $4.3 million on Dec. 8. The seller was Michael J. Davis. Built in 2025 on 0.26 acres, the home features a two‑car garage, saltwater pool and outdoor kitchen. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2013. Posluszny played 11 NFL seasons, starting with the Bills in 2007, then the Jaguars until 2017.
