    LA CROSSE (WKBT) – 360 Real Estate updated residents at a Bluffside Neighborhood Association meeting at Congregational Church about the Copper Rocks residential development. The project relies on roughly $12 million in Tax Increment Financing, with repayment drawn from property taxes over 19 years. Construction pending rezoning and other municipal approvals. 360’s Development President Jeremy Novak emphasized, “We prefer a community‑benefiting project over a quick fix.” If approvals proceed smoothly, work could start next year.
