He revealed that his planned studio would rival Tyler Perry's complex in Atlanta, sparking attention and interest from locals who've heard promises before but feel this one is different.

    A video circulating online has added to rumors about 50 owning a Louisiana mansion, showing a tour of a sprawling property labeled as "50 Cent's New Louisiana Mansion." However, the footage actually comes from his Houston mansion, which has been misidentified as Louisiana real estate.

    Despite the misinformation, 50's enthusiasm for Shreveport is genuine. He's become one of its most vocal supporters, promoting it on social media and acquiring abandoned properties downtown. In December 2024, he built up a portfolio of buildings near G-Unit Film & Television, solidifying his presence in the area.
