Phase 1 will feature two buildings of 202,972 sq‑ft (rear‑load) and 505,946 sq‑ft (cross‑dock) on a 75‑acre parcel. Phase 2 will add a build‑to‑suit, 1‑million‑sq‑ft cross‑dock. Construction starts Q2 next year and will take one year.
