Residential sales also featured a $500,000 ranch in Marcellus and a $450,000 property in the same area. Commercial and industrial transactions were reported as well, with a $4.5 million lakeside ranch and a $1.2 million commercial property among the top listings.
The county’s database also lists recent business, apartment, and land sales, ranging from $10,000 to $7.3 million. Recent highlights include a $950,000 five‑bedroom home on a 0.55‑acre lot and a $4.5 million lakeside ranch.
