A Look Inside the Luxurious Hamptons Home of Marisa Zanuck and Her Husband

Sagaponack's newest trophy home boasts a connection to Bravo, catering to deep-pocketed Hamptons buyers.

A
new trophy home has hit the market in Sagaponack, a Hamptons hotspot for luxury buyers. The 10,000-square-foot estate on Sagg Main Street is listed for $25 million and boasts ties to Beverly Hills and reality TV.

Michael Green, a Los Angeles financier who founded Dakota Financial, and his wife Marisa Zanuck, a star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," have completed their newly built home. The couple purchased the property in 2022 for $7.6 million and undertook a full-scale renovation to create a seven-bedroom, 10-bath residence.

The design team behind the project includes Fifth and Dune builders, architect Brian Brady, landscape designer Summerfield, and interior designer Jon Brendt. The estate features smart-home technology, a sophisticated water filtration system, and unique touches like antique glass incorporated into the bar.

Inside, the home boasts a screening room, gym, and custom-milled office. Outdoors, there's a pool, spa, pavilion with bathroom and fireplace, and a sport court for pickleball and basketball – an unusual amenity in Sagaponack.

Douglas Elliman's Adam Hofer notes that the property combines scale with setting, offering wide-open views of protected farmland and sunsets over the fields. "This home captures everything people dream about when they think of Sagaponack," he says. The listing underscores Sagaponack's continued appeal as one of the East End's most desirable enclaves.

Marisa Zanuck, 51, is a Regional Managing Director at Nest Seekers & Zanuck International and has appeared on Bravo programs including "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles." She shares two children with ex-husband Dean Zanuck.
