Actor's NYC Penthouse Sells for $5.4M After Ownership Change

Chinatown home sells for $5.4 million, city records show.

N
orman Reedus has parted ways with his spacious Chinatown penthouse, selling the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom unit for $5.4 million to lighting designer Lindsey Adelman. The sale marks a significant profit for the "Walking Dead" star, who purchased the property in 2013 for $3.8 million.

Reedus's acting career has taken him far from his downtown abode, with the busy filming schedule of "The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon" likely contributing to his decision to sell. The show's spin-off series has been filming across Europe, keeping Reedus on location for extended periods.

The penthouse unit, which was listed for $6 million in September, boasts 2,600 square feet of interior space and features an open-concept living room and dining area that leads out to a spacious outdoor terrace. Exposed timber beams and a woodburning fireplace add to the property's charm, while floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views.

Reedus has been connected to his partner, Diane Kruger, since 2017, and the couple shares a young daughter, Nova. They have a history of buying and selling properties, including a Los Angeles castle they sold in 2021 and their Georgia estate, which Reedus sold for $3.85 million last year.

Reedus's acting career continues to thrive, with his role as Daryl Dixon renewed for a third season and upcoming appearances in the John Wick spinoff "Ballerina" and the Austin Butler film "The Bikeriders."
