The lease includes new space as well as an extension of the existing lease term.

    Vaxcyte has been an anchor tenant on the mega campus since its opening in 2021 and this expansion solidifies the Alexandria Center's position as a flagship destination for life science innovation in the Mid-Peninsula region. The purpose-built mega campus offers best-in-class essential Labspace infrastructure, convenient access to Highway 101 and walkability to Caltrain, boutique shops and restaurants.
