ndy Hunt, executive director of the Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership, and Linda Gorens‑Levey, were named BizTimes Milwaukee Notable Leaders in Real Estate. Hunt works with deans and faculty from the College of Business Administration, Opus College of Engineering, and Marquette Law School to advance the Institute’s mission, emphasizing projects. Gorens‑Levey mentors students in resume building, mock interviews, while serving as a partner at General Capital Group, overseeing built‑to‑suit projects. Marquette’s program ranked 12th nationwide by U.S. News in 2025, and 90 % of graduates secured jobs within six months or continued schooling. Two alumnae—Alexandra Appenzeller of von Briesen & Roper and Nicole Robbins of the Martin Luther King Economic Development Corp.—also made the list.
