perture Global Real Estate, the luxury affiliate of LPT Realty, is expanding its presence to Big Sky, Montana. Founded by Robert Palmer, Aperture has already established a strong footprint in 17 U.S. states and four international cities.
The move comes on the heels of LPT Realty's impressive success, which catapulted it into RealTrends Verified's top 10 brokerages in the U.S. within just three years. Spearheading the Montana launch is agent Martha Johnson, who achieved over $346 million in closed sales in 2024.
"This isn't just a market, it's home," Johnson said. "People come to Montana for its natural beauty and strong community spirit." Joining her are several other top Montana real estate professionals, including Matt Zaremba, Allen Potts, Suzanne Schreiner, Mazie Schreiner, and Scott Altman, who collectively surpassed $500 million in closed sales last year.
"We're proud to grow with the Big Sky community," said Michael Valdes, president of Aperture Global and CEO of LPT International. "Montana is a lifestyle, not just a destination." As part of its expansion plans, LPT Realty and Aperture have reserved a combined Nasdaq stock ticker in preparation for an initial public offering.
