athom Holdings, the parent company of Fathom Realty, Verus Title, intelliAgent, Real Results, and other tech products, has acquired Arizona-based brokerage My Home Group. This move is expected to boost brokerage transactions as well as mortgage and title services for the rapidly expanding company.
The acquisition brings 2,200 agents who transact around 12,000 deals annually under Fathom's umbrella, increasing its nationwide agent count to 14,500. My Home Group was founded in 2005 and ranked 27th by transaction volume, with $6.8 billion in sales volume via nearly 15,000 transaction sides in 2022.
Arizona's real estate market has cooled down from pandemic highs but still presents significant opportunities. The acquisition of My Home Group aligns with Fathom Holdings' goals of boosting brokerage transactions and integrating mortgage and title services.
"We see Arizona as a key market for growth," said Fathom Holdings CEO Marco Fregenal. "My Home Group's agent-focused approach aligns perfectly with our culture, and this acquisition strengthens our Southwest expansion."
"This merger is a major milestone in accelerating business development for our agents," added My Home Group co-founder Jereme Kleven. "It empowers agents to expand rapidly and gain access to enhanced technology, leadership, and revenue sharing."
